房間很小床也小設施差

Mi son trovato bene, un po' distante dal centro ma ha una fernata dei mezzi a 100-200 metri. receptionist un uomo molto simpatico e gentile. consigliato

I didn’t staying long, but I like the hotel, its clean and safe,just you need to have water heating kettle.

Our arrival at the hotel was a disaster. We had been driving all day. We were tired. the receptionist was incredibly unaware of social graces or of how to greet people into a hotel. She scolded me for not coming in properly. I hadn't first shown up at reception before trying to park the car. She practicaly rolled her eyes at me. Then when we came in, she made it clear that we hadn't ordered breakfast. My husband said "Oh, is this where we'll be eating?" and she said harshly, "You are not eating here..." and my husband said "Oh but we ordered breakfast."She insisted we were wrong. When I found my receipt e mail, she continued to treat us as though we were lying. She acted as if we were criminals and insisted that we were wrong. I finaly started crying because she spoke to us like we were children. I really do believe this lady has no clue how to talk graciously to anyone. I heard her addressing another couple of people a day or two later and she has this condescending way of addressing people as though she were talking to children. This whole experience almost ruined our first evening in Vienna. we contacted ******* and they said they would handle it. Other than this, I would say the hotel was ok-- it looks better in the photos than in real life. There was no place to put our luggage except the floor and the place is quite shabby. when you look in the corners. I would not recommend this hotel.
